About

I’m a content designer living and working in Philadelphia with my dog, two cats, and too many houseplants.

I came to content design through a series of related-but-unrelated jobs. Before I wrote UX copy and drove content strategy, I was a software engineering dropout (and accessibility specialist burnout) investigating technical support tickets, which was an excellent education in the issues that inevitably arise when a product doesn’t explain itself well. From support, I moved to customer education and documentation and finally to product and content design — moving upstream to fix those issues in the product rather than explaining them.

From 2020 to 2022, I co-founded and led Moon Physics, a zero-profit record label benefitting artists and community orgs.

When I’m not working, I enjoy making pottery, cooking elaborate meals, and consulting the stars.
